By placing an order with The Italian Counter, you agree to the following:

Orders & Pickup

  • All orders placed online or by phone are for pickup only at our location:
    📍 12 Dundas St East, Napanee, ON.
  • Orders must be picked up during our regular business hours.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Square or Google.
  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • For health and safety reasons, all prepared food and deli items are final sale once they have been picked up.
  • Catering orders: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Orders canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be refundable.

Allergies & Food Safety

  • We take care with all ingredients, but we cannot guarantee that food is free from allergens (e.g., nuts, gluten, dairy). Please inform us of any allergies when ordering.
  • Customers are responsible for properly storing and consuming food within recommended timeframes.

Limitation of Liability

  • We take great care in preparing our food safely and with high-quality ingredients. All items are made following proper food safety practices.
  • Once an order has left our premises, The Italian Counter cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise due to improper storage, handling, or consumption. Customers are responsible for ensuring that food is stored and consumed safely after pickup.
